    I am looking to sell a great site earning revenues monthly with little to no real work involved. This is profitable for me but I have another site that I wish to push more via PPC and funds from this sale will fund my PPC spend.

    Actually with some link building, social marketing, and if you wanted expand paid marketing and you could be profitable well before 8 months.

    Also long term you are going to make your money back and quite a few times over.
