    1. All the features provided by hosticon are not listed at your end.
    2. You are also charging for installations and so on apart of regular charges.
    3. Too many optionals - means more cost to get them.

    Probably you did not understand our requirements - we want all those features (and rest as we asked in our this post), all scripts installed and running with full support - in the same manner as Alfa Master Plans are available or so.

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Thats what a custom offer is for. Any offer which is not listed as standard on website.

    We are including them free of charge.
    The features listed at hostican are the default with cPanel/WHM i.e. if you choose ANY cPanel VPS, it'll have those features.

    Again, optionals are for the plans listed on our page/website, and doesn't include this offer. I would like to know where you're being charged for installation.

    1.They are providing me everything which HostIcon is offering.
    2. They are installing all scripts required by us.
    3. They are not charging anything which were asked by HostIcon.

    Finally they are agreed to all and/or replied our question to our satisfaction.
