    Somebody here sold a website to me and another person. We both paid but he transfered the site to him only.

    what do I do?

    Well than ask the seller to refund

    give him 5 days time to refund if he doesnt have funds ..

    If he doesn't refund .. then do chargeback from your paypal account.

    Ask for a refund, if he doesnt give file a chargeback and leave a negative iTrader.

    Do chargebacks even work with websites? I also got scammed recently and used a CC payment linked to my paypal. Doesnt it need to be for tangible goods though?

    You are an idiot.

    If the guy had known the buyer had sold the site to someone else as well, HE PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

    Your only option is to get in contact with the seller and find a way to get him to give you a refund. Open a dispute at Paypal and hope for the best.

    Hopefully it wasn't too much money.
