What is difference among a money order and cheque

    A money order is like cash, when you're given a money order it's as good as receiving cash in hand.

    A cheque is basically the promise of money, it isn't worth anything in and of itself, but it says to the receiver that they can cash it at their bank and the bank will then transfer the money to them from the givers account. The catch is their might not be any money in the givers account in which case the cheque will bounce. Always wait until a cheque clears before delivering the goods or services paid for.
