    Weird situation, he got my payment and after several unfriendly emails he refuses to transfer the domain name and the database
    Here is a quote from his last email

    I don't want to remove the feedback I left for him because it is not false or unfair like his one is, and he totally deserves it.
    He changes the auction rules after it ends, refuses escrow, keep selling when he agreed to sell to me, almost 3 days of waiting for payment info and so on

    I am going to file a PayPal claim now.
    Sorry but he has left me no alternative.

    What a bunch of BS. Dimma is a fradulent buyer and he should be banned. Dimma left me a fales feedback first when I refuse to sell him the site, because he's not the top bidder. Then I decided to sell the site to him because the top bidder didn't reply my PMs. When I received the payment, I'm alil worried because its from Russia and its not confirmed. I should've stop there, but I decided sent him all the files from AWDforums anyway. Then told him that I need to hold the payment for 3 business days to make sure its legit. He then chargeback the payment right away. Someone please do something about this fradulent buyer!!!

    First, I left you the feedback after 3 days of waiting your payment info, during that time you continued to bumping your sales thread althought agreed to sell to me, and the second it isn't false as I said before
    Where is the problem? I have paypal verified since 2006 and thousands of successful transactions. Why did you refuse escrow then? Because in that case you must do what you don't intend to do?
    You didn't tell me that. I authorise you to post a quote from your email in which you told me that.
    What should I do if I didn't get what I paid for?
    Did you get my payment? yes
    Did you transfer the site I paid for? no
    So who is the fraudulent?

    You need smacked topdaytrader.......Sorry if I get an infraction for this, but this has got to stop. I was actually interested in buying his forum back when the other thread was open. Then I saw the forum was not as active as advertised. I confronted him about it in the thread, then the attacking of his potential buyers began. That is no way to sell a site at all. Then you go and try to scam a person in this thread that has more transactions than anyone on the board. I hope you get hung for this. I am sorry that dimma got involved with you.

    All in all, I would have bought the forum because it has a lot of potential and a unique niche, but I was turned away by the seller.......

    Finally, I didn't get money back nor the website I paid for.
    And now he is trying to sell the already sold website yet again 1 2 3
    I hope the mod here can do something about this.

    I'm going to take legal action against this guy
