For long-term predictions, I realized that notthing is predictable in long run. Internet changes too fast and hard to speculate. You never know, Europe didn't take .eu well. But hey for some reason britain too .co.uk really well while china didn't take .cn well. Short run however, I think .asia will do fine. Not extremely crazy good, but not as bad as .eu. Asia is growing and asia has a lot more people than Euro. Plus the fact that .asia makes good for seo while .eu doesn't Just my 2 cents
I agree to htmlindex. .asia is not more valueable that .eu - but the hype around .asia is certainly helps people deciding to grab .asia domain names. I actually do bid for a couple of .asia. IMO, the mainstream - .com and .net is much more valuable, investment wise. Cheers!
Well as per me i think if you are able to get a good keyword domain name and if you develop that domain then there are chances that you are going to have better chances of getting more revenue then other non-premium/keywords domain names and yes there is no doubt that .com is the leading domain extension till now followed by .net.
talk about obvious, yes we know .com is worth more than .asia. the question posted, Is .asia the next big thing...?? yes it has to be as there are no .com's left, no even crap names
I have pulled out 67.84 Dollars with my .ASIA domains parked!!!!. I have about 80 plus .asia domains, 60 plus are L-L.asia's like U-r.asia, b-z.asia, p-m.asia, Conferencecalling.asia, payphone.asia, retrieve.asia, I think if I develop them it will even get more money, By 6 months, I would be able to pull out around 500 to 700 bucks, and my investment will be back to me atleast, or I will be able to pay for the renewal cost next year

pulling out like around 8 dollars each day, I have sold some of that I owned all were gone for 200+, I have only few left, I recived some offers for Verbs.asia But want to sell it atleast 150 +, so going to hold on to it.
