    Erm, what do you need? Create your site without thinking on the ads. When your site is done with great unique content you can place out ads. google adsense preview tool.

    Well, go with loads of content. And then just put adsense in a good way! :) search for adsense blending. god luck!

    Than google for some good premium themes keyword and you can find many good designs for inspiration .
