I am a beginner, so I am sorry if my questions seem to be silly…buy anyway I would like to get help.

    1. As far as I know links located on top of the page are very important, but… what I am interested in is how Google reads the page? I mean I can put that link in the bottom of the html code but it will be displayed on top in the browse window. And vise versa, for instance, I don’t want to ‘spoil’ design of the site with links on the top, but they will be in the beginning of the html code. Please help! Thanks beforehand.

    2. Is there any use of two links leading to the same page (home page, for instance) but with different anchor text on one pages?

    3. Is there any use of link that leads to the pages on which it is located?

It doesn't really matter, think about the user first then search engine. You may want to put navigation on top and secondary nav for the spiders on the bottom.

    1. How Search engine would see your page - http://www.webconfs.com/search-engine-spider-simulator.php
    2. Why not, if you are using different anchors, there's no harm in doing so.
    3. Again, why not ?
I don't see any problems if sitemap page has a sitemap link ! And yes, as EricBadgely pointed out it doesn't really matter.
