How do I sue him?

    Well I'm scammed of some money through paypal with digital goods. and paypal made me lose in the dispute. But I am not happy with what i got.

    Is there a way to get his address or do I just ignore it and learn my lesson..

    This was a fake 3 letter pr7 domain the seller did not own at all. and yes it was very expensive.

    if paypal did not resolve it you would have to file a civil lawsuit against him. depending on how much the amount of money lost was.

    please note that suing people can be a long drawn out process so make sure its worth your time and money.

    also suing people for internet goods that were bought can be tricky so be sure and get a good lawyer

    and that too for a "fake" pr domain... wouldn't be easy...

    if you used CC and not paypal balance do a charge back. talk to your bank
