    The directory has quite a good name around the directory circles. It is basically a free directory with the option of paid listing. At present, lifetime listing costs $48 and monthly link cost $5. Presently 48 paid listing out of which 30 are lifetime listings.

    I will throw in the $300 bid, but I was wondering what are gooogles policies on switching ownerships? I dont have a adsense account right now, and I need to get one. The wouldnt accept me for my site boarding scene.

    No template, only the permanent links and the yearly links, you can remove the monthly link on expiration. Anyways, the featured link will be removed automatically for the featured status once it reaches the date of expiration.
