Converting xml to mysql database?

    I have large xml database for Worpdress - 11mb.
    Size limit on import page is 2mb and I can't manage to import such a big file.

    Is there a way to convert xml database to mysql and import it via PHPMyAdmin?
    Any other solution is acceptable too.

    Their might be a way to change wordpress's file size limit
