BUT, you do not have to have good writing skills to have good content - You also have the option of hiring writers who have good writing skills. Either way, write it yourself, hire talented writers, or use a combination of both.

Yes, those would be considered as duplicate content. While it is my opininon that some duplicate content is OK as long as it it truly useful and informative to your visitors you should have as much unique content as possible.
When people talk about content they don't nessesarily mean your ability to write content, it just means what people see when they visit your site is what makes them a) come back b) subscribe to your feed c) tell thier friends about it d) bookmark it It could be well written articles, or it could be a picture of a kitten sleeping in a shoe that they haven't seen before.
When your talking AdSense the content doesn't have to be that good to generate cash, in fact great content in my experience results in a lower CTR than rubbish content! I put it down to a visitor who finds the content they are looking for is less likely to click an ad than one who doesn't and so is more likely to click a relevant ad to continue the search. Not saying create rubbish content since there's a heck of a lot more to making money from AdSense than a high CTR. For example if you want other webmasters to link to your content, better think quality. David Law

Google like dynamic website, because of that many blog rank high in Google results. But it's does not like duplicate content of copyright material you get slapped if you use more the few percentages. Before you start write good and valuable content do a keyword research sometime people are not searching for that material and you would have a good website that no one interested in. Also sometime changing the words order like: cats pictures, or pictures of cats can make the different. Do your research and start writing like a crazy.

Yes, that is true, BUT the humans who visit your website WILL know how good the content is and based upon their percepetion they may hang around or even bookmark your site. If the content is bad they will hit the back button. Repeat traffic - return visitors - and word of mouth are important factors for the success of a site.
I'd agree, being able to write is a big advantage when it comes to creating good content. The spiders may not know the difference, but people will and that is who we really want.
