Paypal dispute/refund problem

    Hi, somebody made a dispute so I gave him a refund but when I gave him a refund it said '' That action is not valid. Please try again. "

    But... It gave him the refund!

    I believe its a bug but the dispute is still open, what can I do?

    I tried to give another refund... but it didnt take any money out of my account this time and it still said " That action is not valid. Please try again. "...

    What should I do because the dispute is still ''open''?

    I just had another dispute and having the same problem with 2 disputes.

    Anybody has this problem at this moment?

    Afterall paypal is the only one who knows everything rather than ppl over here.lol :)

    Well it looks like from a Third Party...i.e xxx sends to xx an then he sends to you.. whereas when you try to send him refund ... his account must be blocked ....................... thats what i can say and see from here.

    it can be that he is limited, and couldnt receive the money.,

    So it puts you in catch 22 situation.. you want to close the dispute, but problems at his side is not letting you to do so..

    The best thing to do is to inform paypal rep about your situation and put them in the loop.. be on the safe side
