What do you mean by overheads? Is this for 3 SEO Experts for $800 a month?

 

800 is divided into to -
Salary - 600
Internect connection + PC + Electricity etc.. - 200
So total it comes $800 per man month

 

For some reason I have some reservations about hiring a SEO expert that doesn't have their own PC. I will check out the website.

 

You shouldn't worry as the reservation you have mentioned. Let me clarify further:


You would be getting a full time member of staff dedicated to any and all projects you give them. You would be in contact with them 17 hrs per day(from 6:00A.M IST till 11:00P.M IST). Whilst your member of staff will be supervised, you retain the choice as to exactly how to deploy them. We do ensure our staff are trained in the latest developments in the changing world of Search Engine SEO, so we would ask that you make an allowance for some of their hours to be devoted to learning and development. You will be able to converse directly with your member of staff. We find the most effective and efficient method of doing this is a combination of messenger and emails.

Just curious, what are their skillsets? How many SEO years experience do they have?

 

This was my next question as well. Do we get a chance to interview the canidates to determine which one would most suitable for our situation?

 

So basically you are saying we pay $800/month for the use of an SEO guy working 17 hours a day lets say 5 days a week? He gets $600 out of that $800 so he's working 340 hours for $600?

 

Must be a tireless man-robot?

 

Just to put it into perspective we would take about $800 for 12 hours work as opposed to their 340 for any SEO jobs.

FYI:

I believe I used auroin once for a link building project on Elance. (I pretty certain they are the same person...my Elance user ID is gatetosuccess...auroin can verify if it was them I worked with.)

The project was to build one way links for a health related website. I was not pleased with the level of relevance of the links pages. (Many of the links were on non-health related sites.)

However, that being said, my experience was overall pretty good. All of the pages were quality links pages, some with good PR. From my end, all tactics appeared to be reputable whte hat link building tactics. auroin was good at communication, etc.

 

The average graduate salary in india is about £1,200 a year so I believe, so $600 p/m isn't unreasonable.

 

That is crazy! £1200?? Are you serious? I know the living costs are cheaper but I didn't think there would be that big a gap.

 

Go visit India and it will really open your eyes. Even though the caste system has been outlaw it is still used in many regions. The most fascinating time to visit would be during Kumbh Mela.

Can you answer our questions about skillsets? It's important to know what they can do, what their experiences are before someone has to pay the money.

I understand, we were not not able to please you as per your expectations.
This is because we specialize on services to clients who hire us on "man month" basis and not on link basis.
