    The first site seems to be down. When I was browsing it

    The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    There are tons of free templates around, it isn't really hard to modify them into a web hosting web site. Web Hosting is a lot of work, if he can't even be bothered with designing his own site, frankly I do not know who would trust him enough to have their sites hosted with him.
