adsense on these kind of sites ok?

    Hi, another seller is selling this site that im interested in www.erniegarcia.com

    lately, ive seen alot of these sites with the exact template....is there anything wrong with sites like this? will i get banned for owning sites like this?

    also according to TOS, what needs to be done to this site besides adding a privacy policy

    The ad placements look fine, but you'll need to add some sort of content on the home page. Right now it just has a huge picture in the middle. :)

    Just keep a check that adsense should be avoid on the pages that are not having no to any content... pages such as: contact form which are having no content only the form to fill and submit - so adsense should be avoided on this page...

    I agree with this.

    While some people would say that while Google doesn't check that often, if you want to be on the safe side, I would add content. Otherwise, once you get banned from Adsense because you do not have any content, it is fairly hard to get back on.

    The only problem that I noticed is that, there is so little content. Adding more content will make it adsense safe
