Lately my girlfriend has been working a lot of evening shifts and for the past couple months has been carpooling with a male co-worker. At first I didn't mind, I would rather have someone with her in case she has car trouble or something like that, but it seems that they have become a little bit more than friends. You know the scenario, the phone calls that hangup, she starts wearing nice clothes to work, talking about him all the time, etc. I don't know what to think. If I'm out in the garage when she gets home (usually after midnight) he just drops her off and leaves, but if the lights are off in the garage and I'm in the house (they think I'm sleeping) they sit out in the car for like twenty minutes. I asked her once what they were doing, she said "just talking"....whatever. So last night I decide that I'm going to see what really goes on out there. I leave the garage door open, but turn out all the lights. About the time she usually gets home, I go out and hide in the garage and wait. In a few minutes, his car pulls into my driveway, and I'm hiding behind my boat. When his headlights shine through the garage and onto my boat, I see something that I just can't believe. The prop is nicked and one blade has been bent. Should I change the prop or just get it straighted out?

I think you'll have a fine time using a straightened prop. as long as the motor is running fine you won't see too much downgrade in power.

I would recommend trying to fix the bent prop. Try once gently, if it doesn't try more force and that too doesn't fix it, dump it and get a new one.

my aunt had a boat. but mostly I didn't want to just write "oh you got me good, here I thought it was going to be about girlfriends but really you want to know about boat parts! the way you described something and then ask about a different thing was very deceptive."

Why in the world would you start a thread called "Girlfriend Problems", go on about her suspicious activities with some guy, and then at the last second ask about a boat problem?

That's like starting on of the many threads that we see here about people's life getting messed up due to personal/health/work related issues, and then asking out of the blue "should I get a haircut?".

    Your post is really misleading.

Kinda hard to tell from the tone in his posting and the responses. At first glance he comes across as a complete dunce. But yeah, I see the humor here I just think the delivery was horrible :)
