    Story isnt same for everyone buddy!!! Although I am not working anywhere, so dont have any boss but still have seen at many places people working very lovingly with their employees!!!

    I'm retired now, but the memory of the a**h*** bosses that I had outweighs that of the good ones. I was in the labor market for over 40 years, and I had some really abusive supervisors and managers along the way. Looking back, I think I might handled the issue better than I did if I had been more objective about fighting back.

    So here's my advice to anyone who is suffering emotional distriess because of a tyrannical boss: Report the matter to the next managerial level above him/her and if necessary to the labor board as a "hostile work environment" situation. That might generate a positive respone. In addition, by doing this you may be able to qualify for unemployment compensation if you have to resign, which otherwise you would likely not be entitled to for quitting.

    Bosses are like flies they eat sh*t and bother people. My best advice is to get you a pretty woman boss and have sex with her and maybe she'll leave you alone and let you do your job.

    I have never hated any of my bosses...but very disappointed in some of their behaviour. One boss abused me in front of customers nearly every day. Another boss sacked me because his wife was angry with me because I did not welcome her advances. Another boss had me sacked because she didn't like my wife...some people are just plain terrible.

    No. My old boss used to guzzle champagne with strawberries, then later switched to red wine all day long. Then he'd flirt all day long with all the female customers and have drinks with them. It was like a mad house music blaring and all. It was absolutely hilarious at the time! those were the days! My boss now, she is quite sweet. My days at work are rather quiet compared to what they used to be.

    Till now I have not issue with my boss as I just started working in my new company barely 3 months ago. But of course I would like to be my own boss if it's possible which was part of the reaon why I was here. :)
