Traffic : Most traffic come from search engines. As I haven't promoted the website much it doesn't have higher PR. But the content in the website is unique and very useful. Once you start promoting it everywhere I am sure you will get lots of traffic from all avenues.

Most of the traffic comes from China, USA, India and European Countries.

I am starting for a price of $250 which is very reasonable. The reason for selling this website for such a low price is - the website is currently a non-commercial website. But once you make it commercial I am sure you would be earning anywhere between $100-$125 per month. Most of you might ask why wouldn't I commercialize the website and get the money for myself. The reason for that is I used to develop websites before but now I have moved to Stock Market Trading so I don't have time to commercialize it.

Its a static website. So it doesn't have any Admin Control Panel. Its much easier than that. All you need to do is just add/delete the content in the HTML Pages. As the website has been developed using XHTML and CSS, whatever content you add won't affect the overall design.

The main reason for developing this website using XHTML and CSS was that users could easily add/delete the content of the website without any hassle.

Nope. The website will be just sold to one person and all the rights shall be transferred to him. No Duplicates, No Copies.

 

The content is 100% unique. 50-60% of the content was reproduced with written consent from 4 books on health and the rest of the content was written by my team members. All the images too have legal rights to produce them on my website. I have the legal rights to use them on my website. If you want I can forward you the emails for your reference. There are more than 70-75 of them.

Maybe something is wrong with your internet connection. Give it a try again. Wont take more than a second to load. And onces it loads, all the other content gets displayed instantly. Thats the magic of AJAX.
