Google Adsense is Foolish

It's really funny story , I haven't used my Adsense or published their ads for a two months till now and Today I received email from Google says my Adsense account is disabled because Iam considered as risk on advertisers ??:D

how is this , Iam not even publishing their ads for two months and in the past when I was using them I was only getting from 1 to 3 clicks daily only , real clicks??

I really don't care if they close the account or not because I don't like the program anyway but it's shame to do this without real excuse , it's not good reputation for a big company like Google , if they keep doing things like this I think they won't stay for long time as top tier Search Engine on the web and don't deserve such name

I certainly hope that there is a competitor coming out soon. I do not like to see any company so dominant, not to say that Google is no good.

Maybe someone scraped your site and picked up your AdSense code and that site is getting invalid clicks.

Have you logged into your account, any activity?

Just reread your post, if I read it correctly you've not logged in to your account for 2 months so you wouldn't know if this occurred. I realise you don't care either way, but would be interesting to know if there was activity on the account when you had no ads online.

There is a competitor out there...YPN, Yahoo Publisher Network - only US at the moment but Global soon

I think Microsoft should do their best to get into this massive market.

Wonder if it's a case of killing out small fish to make big fish happy. Hope not.

it costs money for google (and to another other companies) to manage an account. whether significant or not, it all adds up to a good number. google decided to cut the small or zero earning publishers loose who are not adding much value to their program. looks like thats what happened to you. and i would call google anything but foolish. a tyrant may be

Did you make sure to use the "ALLOWED SITES" feature in your Adsense account, and enter only YOUR websites URL's???

If not, maybe someone placed YOUR Adsense code on a website that violates the Adsense TOS.

I remember I login twice after I stop publishing their ads and there was no clicks recorded , only few impressions that come from this forum because as you know Digital Point have a revenue sharing program but it was only few impressions below 15 . and by the way in the 3 months that I used adsense I assigned a channel code for Digital Point adsense revshare so I could know how many clicks I get from DP , and in 3 month period I got only 2 clicks so I don't think the invalid clicks come from DP

yes I used my adsense on approved site on google , it was a proxy site that I open the account with and they approved it , maybe someone grab my code and send invalid click but who will do that it doesn't make sense

I think so. If you can't make the $100 mark every month. They probably send you this email after a certain grace period to see how good of a webmaster you are.

With even Yahoo using Adsense, I doubt they would be concentrating much on YPN. For Microsoft, I haven't seen any real action at all. Adsense remains the sole, undisputed King in Internet advertising.
