    I installed a phpbb3 forum in my site www.carsaleforum.com/phpBB3.

Everything went fine I just do not know how to change from www.carsaleforum.com/phpBB3 to the homepage www.carsaleforum.com .
This forum was installed in httpdocs folder under phpBB3 folder. I tried to move the phpBB3 folder as root but the program do not let me it says: phpBB3cannot be moved to this location.
I also went to server settings in admin and try to change it. It change but I need to change the location of the folder for this to be working.
How can I place this forum in my home page domain?
    Thanks for your help

httpdocs is your root. So in order for the forum to appear in the top level, this is where you need to install it. Don't install the forum folder, just the files in the folder and it will work.
