Why is that all the sites whic hare for sale on here are all similar niches! There are so many sites with same niche for sale these days, web programmers and designers and just jamming up the internet with crap! which are the same thing! Why are they doing this! There is no point buying half the websites anymore because theres about a bloody million of them out there! What is the point in the doing this? And people are still doing it!
Yeah, I would agree. The easiest niche to enter are the ones with which you are most familiar. And since we're all obviously very familiar with web-related categories - that's how most of these sites seem to be themed. There are plenty of un-saturated niches, though. And beyond that, there is still room in many of these seemingly saturated niches. It's similar to how it amazes me that you can put a Home Depot and a Lowe's so close to each other. When one is busy, the other takes the overflow. If someone is unhappy with one site, they quickly transfer to another.
