They are called motivation pictures/images.

 

these are all posters depicting characters from movies and books that add a funny tagline.

There was a company that actually made positive motivational posters in this fashion and they popped up all over the cube farms of the world. Luckily, the sarcastic parodies of the motivation posters quickly became more popular than the real thing.
