    Hi Shannon,
Oh I got questions! I have just launched my website, loftgolf.net, and am trying to greatly improve it's performance. This is a new venture to me, having only owned brick and mortar businesses. Any help would be very appreciated!

Hey LoftGolf, what exactly would you like to know? Perhaps get a little more specific with your question. Maybe something like I am just starting this website and wanted to know some good on line marketing techniques I can apply since its a service business.

I'm trying to market the site as a fun, interactive site dedicated to "par challenged golfers". I felt that by adding the Cart Girl of the Month competition it would bring people back to the site more often. I have also put a forum and blog on the site for the same reason. I guess I'm just trying to find out how to get to the next step. So yes, I am looking for advise regarding on-line marketing and just about everything else! Thank you.

    Hey Dude!

I am currently making between 1k and 2k per month throughout all the sites I run. Its not a ton but its enough to survive and be my own boss!

As to my main source of income that would probably be my webdesign job where I on average make 15.00 per hour (from home mind you). I think it will grow over time though.

I am always working on future projects, you can check out my blog for news on those and stuff (sig).

As to your PPC and affiliate questions I think I will answer that in a post for my blog if thats alright, I should have it done and up tomorrow!

What niches do your websites focus on our of curiosity?

Do you prefer to do affiliate programs, dropshipping/selling your own products, selling advertising, or some other method to generate revenue on your sites?

I blog, run a webmaster forum and do webdesign / seo work for various people and companies.

And I prefer direct ad sales as its much easier then affiliate or dropshipping but I also used to run my own training dvd company which taught me a lot about selling products and selling is always a good thing!

Have you ever sold a website before and if so is it O.K. to sell through paypal or is it best to go through some kind of escrow service? Thank!

I have sold many websites before raning from a couple dollars to over 1,000.00 and I have always used paypal. But I have also been burned twice totalling around 2,000.00 so depends if you know the seller / buyer well.
