    Pretty sure adsense is legal, there aren't any illegal content and the videos are off foreign websites. Plenty sites use adsense that I've seen lately.

    Theres not many ad networks that allow streaming sites, all the major ones don't.
    You would have to use something like zango cash, but their a pain in the ass to create an account with, you have to let them phone you and such to confirm your identity.

    Buyer can use adbrite- and I've heard people say if the videos are not embedded then google is ok with that but contact them for you individual site to be sure.
