How come the -1 cost, just costed my -50 ? or -60 ?

With one red rep i gave, my overall reputation went down by 50 or 60.

 

If you gave red, then deal with it.

It doesn't mean any single thing bad about me for being willing to speak up about abuse.

Not at all, but posting like a crazy broad which uses 3 insults for every 4 words sure makes you seem like you need more class.

I asked the same question earlier - fryman seems to have lost WAYY too much rep - I cant believe he is THAT big of a red repper. He had to lose like 1200

 

Well, I thought it was because of the rep power. For example, if I gave someone a red rep which cost 5 points, I would of lost 5.

I am a red repper, but I don't think I am so much... or am I?

 

I can actually see him just browsing around and giving people red as a daily routine.

 

My understanding is that you lose 1 point per red rep - which is why I was asking if the calculations were right, because I cant imaging you going from like 9 green to 5 red at -1 per red rep.

 

Aha .. so the thing is, after this system was implemented, it continued to keep track of EXACTLY how many red point you gave since your join date, and with the first red rep you gaved, it took all those from you right ?

We should be allowed to red-rep members on the first 24 hours after they register with out loosing a point, so we can red rep all the spammers before they get baned!!!!
