    Your application creates some serious food for thought for me. Just for fun use gerold+porcelain as the key. ALL of the resulting pictures are mine. My non-standard cropping messes up the aspect ratio so the results are mostly poor, but if these were photos I sold for a living I would have serious concerns.

    I have mostly ignored google images; your tool points out I need give serious thought to the pros/cons of this automatic archiving process.

    images that close to ads are against TOS per google, at least. they want more spacing so its not deceiving.

    yes thats exactly what it does except it pulls them using the google/yahoo api. They actually host and provide them.

    You are probably right. Nobody should violate there TOS.

    It is not against the TOS of SMA to use them as demoed.
