Looking for some site ...

    I'm looking for some script for site which would include some list of topic on one side, in the center would be the topic text. And I should be able to post new topics anytime. I have no idea how is that kind of site or script called.
    Do you know something like this?

    Oh yeah, definitely better. You can do so much more (plugins, features) with Wordpress
