I think it is possible. I have a site which i neglect and don't really pay attention to, and it usually just gets from $0.00 to a few cents a day, with like zero to a few visitors a day. But sometimes with just like *5 impressions and not more than 5 clicks i suddenly get say, a few dollars a day, and that's about 60% ctr.
