When PayPal allow Bangladesh ?

Well why use paypal? paypal SUCKS HARDTIME and i dont think paypal will ever go to bd until bangladesh bank changes some really bullshit rules about cards. you need a card that works with paypal to get varified and withdraw the limits and I wonder but think this is only possible with credit cards, (how much the fees and wondering about the rules and regulations? go figure out yourself and when you do, you wont be looking forward to get the card ) why in the holy cows ass do you need a credit card to pay online? i applied for a national bank power debit card because they said i can use it over internet and than the day it was about to be activated i received a call and they said i need a fd/rfcd account to pay online! and you only get a fd/rfcd account when you visit another country! WTF! i wonder when these dumbasses will kiss the mo****fu**n rules good bye or they ever will! so if you are thinking to upload money to your paybal (ofcourse when it is in bd, and i doubt it ever will be), visit another country first or FORGET IT!!! there will be no other way to upload money.

i know when you dont have paypal, you are losing a big portion but still its better not to be nailed by paybal. besides what use it will be if you cant withdraw your money? i use epass and payoneer, sweet and convinient cards help me pay online and withdraw my fund over atms. the best thing, they didnt freeze my account and take the money without any reason like paypal did!

just hoping alertpay or moneybookers get bigger than paybal.

there is e-gold too which is famous, widly used and easy. there are exchangers all over the internet that upload and withdraw money. you can open an e-gold account

I agree with you about BB rule's regulation. Only God knows when they will realise it . Eventhough Paypal wants to do business in Bangladesh , the major problem will be the BB exisitng rules.

and the sad news is, they NEVER will! there's only 3 solutions to this,
1. do affiliate marketing and get your funds in your epass or payoneer card,
2. sign up a 2co account and get the money to your payoneer card and
3. if you really are interested to use paypal, go live in a pp allowed country.

 

4. Have a business partner/relatives who lives in paypal allowed country , have them open paypal account for the business

 

That is not a solution. You cannot get all the facility of paypal with payoneer or epass. Even in digital point most of the working offers are related with paypal money transfer. Due to the increased use of paypal we need paypal in Bangladesh to be allowed. I think paypal authority do not know that they can find a working environment in Bangladesh too.

 

I think they do. Because Many Bangladeshi's and Pakistani have been trying to open PayPal account. PayPal knows that they can get a good amount of profit in Pakistan and Bangladesh. But because of the poor (or no) laws imposed for cyber, Paypal feels unsafe to start a business relation with the people of these two countries.

Your friend is lucky that he use your account. Some DP users do this process. But what other do, who have no friend/relative. This is temporary solution.
When PayPal allow Bangladesh?
Today I mail them. Lets see what happen.

 

Even its not a complete solution. If you do transactions in volume especially send money , you will be in problem with your account.

 

Bangladesh has many problems,but it's time to face those problems by us.

there is only 4 lacs Internet user. I dont thing 500 ppl can sing up, bcoz he need a credit card to verify. here to keep a Credit card you need to pay 70$ per year also have to visit foreign county. that everyone cant afford.

make a Gf outside of BD, make her your business partner. XX**y can give you more better suggestion's

 

Inernet users will grow , so will the internet business operators. Yes having credit card is a problem here . Its not insoluble. Lets PP come first , then we will fight for cc

 

I dont like the idea. Go to www.paypal.com and find out how to get verified. You need a valid credit card (Visa or mastar card or amex etc) or a valid debit card(visa or master card) or a valid bank account.
I know that most of the Brac bank and DBBL account holders have visa debit card. And I believe that all internet user in Bangladesh has a valid Bank account. So a credit card will not hinder the way to the paypal.

 

Your logic does not satisfy me. We have a bad name for software piracy. What we do? We only buy pirated software. Why? Because we cannot afford to buy the genuine one. So the authority will not impose a law to ban the use of pirated software. If it is banned, most computer user in Bangladesh will be vanished. This is not enough for paypal to feel unsafe here. Other cyber crimes are not notable here. Bd does not have much cyber criminals to frighten any authority.

 

i think you should collect them 20-30 memebrs and file a suggestion to paypal it might help
