I have made some major enhancements to my free directory list and directory submission tracking tool. The list has more than 3000 free directories for everyone's use. Right now it has homepage PR, pages indexed google, pages indexed by Yahoo and backlinks in Yahoo that can help you ascertain quality of a directory. I am planning to update this data monthly to keep it relevant. I believe it's worth submitting to directories with high PR and good number of backlinks to support the PR.
