    we are facing a prblm with prahost. as we have registered for hosting our forum on your server. we have made a one time payment for one year. we configured the name servers correctly based on the documetation. now we are facing a prblm that we cant access the database. also we are getting 403 : forbidden error. Please clarify whether when will we get the hosting cleared.
