Real Estate Script and Website. Please Post Quote and Portfolio

To all interested parties.

I am currently in the planning stages of setting up a local Real Estate Website. If you are interested in this project please post your quote and a link to some of your previous work and/or your portfolio.

Requirements . . .

I want a script similar to the one used on www.realestate.co.nz

It must have . . .
1) A search tab and a search by map page (I will provide you with a picture of the map)
2)The search tab must have these options: Suburb; Property type; Number of bedrooms; price range; photos only tick box; videos only tick box.
3)There must be a facility for searching for Rental Properties.
4)I want users of the website to be able to upload profiles and either pay a fee per profile or pay a monthly fee
5)It must be easy to add and remove content.
6)There must be a content page as well that I can treat as a regular website (It must be easy for me to play around with this page adding and removeing pages) You may use wordpress for this if you like - Or I can do this but please mention this in you quote.

Optional Details . . .

I can provide you with a logo and template designed to your specifications or I can just supply you with a logo or I can supply you with neither. Please specify this in your quote.

This thread will remain open until I find a suitable candidate.

I'm sure there are things I have left out, so please ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer them.

I'm interested in this job. Rate is $7 an hour, and I think will take about a week to get this up and running.
I have 4 years of experience with php, mysql,ajax,xml,xhtml. The cost is low because I am setting up my business new, and used to work for an IT company till now.

I believe they use the RETS system to power this site. You will need a RETS account. RETS is a standardized real estate database.
