In Need Of Help!!

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday I received an email from paypal saying that they had limited the access to my paypal accounts, I have currently have two accounts, my business and personal account.

I decided that to make my life easier I would delete both my original accounts and set up one business account, and use this business account for personal payments as well.

The problem is I cannot close the account whilst it has limited access, so I emailed them my a copy of my driving license, which they asked for to lift the limit on my accounts. But this morning I received an email saying that it had been denied, and they could not lift the access limit. I am really angry, I just want to close my accounts and start a new one! I rung them yesterday and the woman told me that she didn't have the authority to close the account!

I am now in a dilemma, they wont close my account, so I cant set up a new one, and they wont lift the access limit.

What do I do?

I have thought about using another payment processor, but who do I use? I am pretty stuck!

Paypal wlways ask for documentation of acount holders.And when ever they get any thing suspecious then they limit the account asn ask for verification of documents.its a good step but most of people are very angry with it.

Since you have been the same problem so you are angry with it.

paypal always mentions a reason that why they reject a document.If you have legal account and haven't used any fake info, then you shouldn't be angry, just provide them the documents, and ask the the reason why the denied your driving license.

make a call and discuss it with them, they will really find a solution for it.

Well I have called them and she wouldn't say, she told me to try again!

My driving license is genuine and clearly shows all of my details, who is an alternative payment processor?

Choosing the payment processors really depends what you are going to be using it for:

Type 1 (retail) - card present (mostly) transactions

or

Type 4 (MOTO) card-not-present (online transactions, and such)

 

Submit the documents again. Or Call them again .. Limited accounts can not be closed.

 

Try to submit them again.

For an alternative, yuo can try Money Bookers, they are doing well.Thanks

I have just signed up with MoneyBookers and they are so much better than paypal!

 

well you could ask them whether can you send them any other proofs for lifting your limit, may be they will tell you some other proof, you can try it that way. or try using your relatives account. thats what you can do I think.
