I am spending nearly half an hour but still cannot figure out Godaddy's instructions. I am transferrinf my domain from another registrar and i have already received email for authorisation to transfer (My email at whois) However when i followed Godaddy's step-by-step guide see here http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?prog_id=GoDaddy&article_id=1592&topic_id=160 i'm stuck at step number 3. I cannot find where is at the Domain menu where I can select Pending transfers??? Help me please!! Thansk.. I will repp you.. To Authorize a Domain Transfer to Your Account 1. Log in to your Account Manager. 2. In the My Products section, click Manage Domains. 3. From the Domains menu, select Pending Transfers. 4. Click the Authorization button and select Begin Transfer Authorization from the list. 5. In the Transaction ID field, enter the transaction ID sent to the email address on file regarding this transfer. 6. In the Security Code field, enter the code sent to the email address on file regarding this transfer, and then click Next. 7. Click Next again to confirm the listed domains are the ones you want to transfer to your account. 8. If applicable, enter the Authorization Code you received from the current registrar and click Finish.
