Pagerank Sculpting Vs Linking To Quality Sites

    "Pagerank sculpting" has become a pretty standard practice this year. My question is, when linking to high quality, related sites should I use the "no Follow" tag?

    Well, this pr sculpt article suggests nofollow links to "low quality" external websites, e.g. social bookmarks. However, I would not remove natural occurring external links, just all low quality stuff.
