I need somebody to make a newsletter script/database

Hello,

Here is what I need;

I need one newsletter database that controls 3 individual newsletters (3 different websites). Each website will have a little register form (simple enter e-mail and submit) and that individual will be placed in that newsletter database.

From the database, the admin can write newsletters on a pre-designed graphic template and submit it to those registered within that database. The DB should also be able to manually remove individuals.
