Its very simple, all you need is Shell access on your server.
Open up putty, On left under "connections" click the SSH [+]
and then more options will appear under it. Pick TUNNELS.

Put into the port field. 7070 (port)
click the radio buttons. Dynamic & Auto

Go back to the main configuation and put the IP of your server and open it. Then Put into your firefox host:127.0.0.1 port:7070 for socks5. Depnding on your server configuation it should be working. If not make sure your sshd is allowing portforwarding you may also want to check if "X11Forwarding" is off I'm not 100% sure thats the option or not. But if its on then your real IP gets forwarded with the proxy making it only transparent.
I belive the sshd config is in

    /etc/ssh/

I was wondering, does PPC ad sites pay more for clicks in .com domains compared to .info?

I would guess initially it will make no difference, you may find that after an audit though they alter future earnings as generally .info's are poorer quality websites than .com's.
However a .info with quality USA/UK traffic will earn better than a .com with chinease/iran traffic.

    :)

I highly doubt that the domain extension will have much impact on the amount of which you will receive through ppc advertising programs.

As a secondary or latter impact of having a .com over a .info though this is where you may see some results. By this i mean, perhaps getting more traffic because it is a .com and people can easily remember a .com and may type in .com instead of .info. So if you were to receive more traffic you may receive more clicks or CPM.

    Hopefully you will understand,

By the way a brand new Proxy eBook i have just written is available for free here if your interested:

I suggest you may try and use a domain name that might refer to revision or something they would not expect to be a proxy site.

Have a look at my eBook in my signature, its free. It might help you

there are ways to make it harder for them to block (eg. subdomain changer), but I think eventually your proxy will get blocked, so just make a new proxy ever 4 months or so, thats really the best solution

Why are people on about the thing about your site getting "blocked" - yes, you will get blocked from the odd school and college and a few work sites but you dont get a global ban on your site oor anything - i got proxies that are over 2 yeats old and still going strong - think globally not locally
