    as soon as i opened ur site, my pop up blocker blocked one pop up..i dont know what it was but it is really annoying to see a pop up...also my res is 1024*768 and there was too much wide space on the right

    You might want to make your menu with graphics that are easy to read. Hazy, crammed, and in graphic format.

    Try some clean colors because dark blue don't looks well. When I entered website I first looked into code and found a lot of table's. Use div's, because their are more friedlier with browsers and search engines.

    menu bar is terrible - letters are interflowing! You should at least widen the bar! Moreover, there is too much space on the right! But I don't think colors are bad - dark blue and white look OK together!

    The site may be useful to the people, but the color contrast between dark blue and white backgrounds is too sharp, it may be a good idea to make all the page using light background and dark text.

    The first things I noticed was the google search bar blocking the important articles right off the bat. And the sidebar, I couldnt read well. Maybe its my eyes, but the color, or size was making it look crowded. Maybe it was just me...

    The design does not look professional, you should get a different template for the site,
    you should get something unique that will work well with your niche. I think there is
    too much information on the first page, you should break it up into sub-pages.
