Amazon Site - 42,000 Coop Weight - Kitchen

    www.kitchenshop.us

As of yesterday, the site had 31k coop weight. I revalidated today to have an accurate read for the sale.

    Current coop weight is: 42,573

Site was put up the last day of January 2006. Added links in February.

Adsense earnings began March 9, 2006. Here are the adsense earnings from March 9 - April 11, 2004:

    Adsense earnings

    Amazon earnings to date

    Montly Stats

    Daily Stats

    SE SPiders

    Visits from SE

    Key Phrases

    Google Indexed

The site has 165,000 pages indexed in Google as of today (see photo above).

Some info about the site. It's using the latest GhostScripter Amazon script, 5.4. This customized script includes:

    1. Seo features including adding h1 tag, adding product title to images, using h2 and h3 tag in products.

    2. Custom re-write of mod rewrite ability so urls are unique from how the script ships.

    3. Custom template design. This is not a standard template. I designed it and it along with the css, buttons, etc. Was going for a clean, inviting look.

    4. Special coding to help prevent dupe content penalty. If you navigate to a product, read the reviews and take note, then refresh the screen, you will see the review content is different each time. While many of the pages of this site were indexed PRIOR to my using this technique, I have newer sites that use it and do not show "supplemental result." Will be happy to provide a newer site I've used this technique on from the beginning to show results. PM for details.

    5. Added in similar products, which is not in the delivered template.

There's a lot of work in the site and the script. While it is a commercial script, I've put much effort into it.

While the earnings are ok, the real value is the coop weight.

Starting bid is $800 for this unique site.

    Reserve is $2000

    BIN: $3000

    Some things to note:

Transfer/setup of the site to the buyer. The buyer needs to have a linux based (preferably redhat) system, php, mod rewrite ability, access to setup/create mysql database. In the cache folder, there are three subfolders. Each of those need to be chmod to 777. Also should setup the cron on the file that clears the cache. I will help you make sure the site is setup and running. Domain is at Godaddy and will push the domain over to your account.

I have no control over coop weight or indexed pages. The site is sold as it is now, and I am not responsible if these things change.

The buyer should purchase a copy of the script from www.ghostscripter.com, as I am not selling that.

The purchase does not included support on the site or the script. I will help where I can, but my support is limited. You should know what you are doing.

Terms: Transaction to be handed via Escrow.com. Buyer to pay transaction fees.

Thanks for looking and good luck with the bidding!

    Hi Abbadox,

This is a screen capture from my amazon associates account. To get that particular screen shot, to show earnings from Feb to date, I displayed all earnings from between 1 feb and today. While it doesn't show dates, the earnings most likely started towards the end of Feb or the first part of March.

    Hope that helps.

wow nice site GTech. heh you have been messing with that ghostscripter script for a while now.

How stable is the indexed page count based on your knowledge of your other sites?

What kind of linking are you doing for it? Directory submissions or point coop weight at it?

Hi Juls, good to see you, it's been a while! Just responded to your PM. Index page count fluctuates some, like just about everyone's sites. Hasn't been drastic (looks for large piece of wood to knock on). For linking, I've done directory submissions and also point coop weight from another account I have.

Eusophix, the site is hands free. Normally you would have to log in once a month, maybe even per week, depending on how much file storage space you assigned to the account in your webhost.

Because I got tired of doing this with my sites, I wrote a script that will go in and clear the cached files and setup a cron script to run at midnight every night.

What the script does, to cut down on PHP queries, is to cache the core content (product info) for each page to a folder on the server. This folder can start filling up fairly quick if you have a lot of traffic. If you don't have a lot of traffic, then you might need to clear it once per few weeks/month. But when traffic starts kicking in, I've had to clear the cache as often as each day. It's just a pain to login to sites for this maintenance, so the script I wrote does this and is executed via cron.

So there is no maintenance. None at all. I check my sites all the time from personal habit, but there is not a single bit of maintenance needed on them.
