here is a glance of what i have in mind :
I have many huge lists of youtube videos , something like this :

list1.php :

this lists are saved as .php files.
I want to make a script that can extract transfer and organize these links on a database..
of course i need many other things but this is the big picture.

So you are looking for a script that:

Take lists of video links from a text file
Stores them into a database.
Outputs them into a useable format (Website ofc)
