    yes, Google pays via Western Union as well, especially helpful for those in countries out of the U.S. Make sure the name on your account matches the ID you are required to present when cashing the money at W.U :)

    good link, but I've seen it available in a country that is not on that list :p

    I think it all depends on if you see the option available in your payment options, it it is there then you can use it :)
