Possible for code to recognise a drawing?

    If a user can draw a picture on a site in real-time, is there any (ajax) scripts that would recognise the drawing and refer the user to a specific site/page?

    Just an idea really. I guess it's possible to do in Flash, but thought it could be coded also...

    Hi

    You are refering to gester recognition i belive ( ex strokeit for windows). It can be done but for real good recognition ull have to use some type of NN ( AI ).

    I checked out strokeit, looks good but it's an application...I'm looking for something that can be integrated on a web site, perhaps in php/ajax language?

    Image recognition is nothing trivial, but I guess It'd depend on the level of complexity of the picture.
