Hi everyone, is there any good way of making some money on a proxy site, other than Adsense? I'm getting about 700 uniques daily on one of my proxy sites, put Adsense ads all over the place and not making nothing.. weird. I will appreciate any ideas. Thanks in advance!
700 UVs and no revenue from adsense?! absolutely nothing? or do u get a few cents here and there? try selling some links
I have about 10 different sites on Adsense. This proxy site is just one of them. The revenue - may be 10 cents a day total on all 10 sites. Terrible. I am not sure about selling links... thanks for the idea though. The problem is that i just can't multitask or deal with with many people at the same time - especially if that includes the monetary side of the business.

The greatest CPM program is, in my opinion, ADSDAQ. It lets you set your own rates and has a bunch of other cool options that you can implement, like back-up tags. Here's my more detailed ADSDAQ Review. I also like The Rubicon Project because it automatically optimizes your ads and offers a wide selection of various ad companies to choose from. You can try Adbrite too. Works very good for me but i have it only on the proxyfied pages. On the main proxy pages i have adsense.
Make sure you're using a decent template. An ideal template should have 2 big adblocks in the center and an ad unit placed somewhere, disguised as the navigation for the website.
Check out ths list of CPM networks. The first one offers up to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popup (UK/US based traffic, other countries = lower rates )
