What is a BIN?

    Hello I am new to the forum and have been reading some threads and noticed people taliking about BINs. Not really sure what they are and what a high or low number means. I have searched the forums with no luck if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

    Means you will get it right away if you pay that price.
