Lots of Blogs or Just A Few Blogs?

I make a few bucks a day from my blogs, should I focus on writing 5+ articles per day on those sites, or should I try to write just a few articles, over alot of blogs, would I make more money that way?

I currently have two blogs, should I make like 5 more?

I think few articles for all would be great, giving you readers a chance to follow your posts. I don't think posting more than one article/day for one blog would be a good idea. Users are browsing lots of other blogs, it's more than enough if you updated it once daily, I do update it twice aweek, my visitors are able to read them all.

Keep in mind that if your posts are old, users don't usually look back for older posts on previous pages, so, your posts might lose the chance to receive the optimum number of readers.

    Only 1 post a day? I usually add 3-4 articles a day.

    Smaller is better!
You can concentrate on 1 or 2 blogs rather than making 5 or more and not getting back to them frequently.

I agree, smaller is better. I would rather concentrate on 2-3 blogs with writing lots of good quality articles..then trying to write 1 article a day across 10 blogs.

I think you should stick to 2 blog..Because its time consuming to maintain and promote 5 blog

You can make more money either way. It just depends on how you go about it.

You can focus on a single blog (or two or three), build quality content, increase the traffic and page rank, then get high paying sponsorship from private advertisers.

If you want to increase the number of blogs you have, do it slowly, especially if you're writing your own content. Start out by building up the content on a blog. Say 20-30 pieces. Then, use a magazine style template to make the landing page timeless. Update the links every few days to keep it looking fresh.

Let's say you're currently writing around 25 articles a week. If you use the magazine-blog approach, you can divide this work among all your blogs. Each week, put 2-3 new pieces on each blog you have, then use the other pieces to build up your newest blog.

When you start to have too many blogs to maintain, hire bloggers and editors to do some of the work for you.
