$100 to the first person to give me this wordpress theme

I've got an image of how I want me wordpress theme. And I've got $100 to give to anyone who makes it. The page should look like it is on a pad of paper and my text should look like notes. The background should look like scribbled colors. I want to be able to change the logo in the header but have the rest of the page still look the same. And one last thing, there should be a trail of sparkles that follows the mouse pointer.

If you've got the skills, let me know you're working on it, so I can get excited.

I see your argument, but it's not really a competition, it's just for anyone who has a service and can get the project done. I won't be judging entries, just paying for their wordpress theme.

 

alright, you got me a bit confused here

in your first post you said your looking for a theme, and in your last post you said that you are looking for a design

please clarify: do you want a fully working wordpress theme, or just the design(psd file)

Thanks for the questions slayer. I'm looking for a fully working wordpress theme. I upload the files to the server and pick the design and it's all done.
