    I am looking to sell a Fan Site, which has Google Adsense Income and Organic Traffic.

    The site is receiving 400+ unique visitors per/day and has made around $419 in adsense revenue from March 10 to April 10 ($13 per day average). I do not have stats prior to that as I added the URL channel tracking on March9.

    As you can see in screenshots from Google Analytics, Most of the traffic comes from MSN and Yahoo (Has top rankings on MSN and and Yahoo) for a low xxx,xxx Overture Keyword.

    The site is zero maintenance, although adding stuff to it can make it even better. The adsense CTR is low, since I am displaying only 1 adbox 234x60 below the fold.

    Once it's out of the sandbox, it should start to rank on google and that will shoot up the revenue and traffic.


    April 1 to April 10 revenue is $178.65, Daily average $14.88 (Keep in mind April 1-10 had 2 weekends).
