    Domain age? - 1 years 3 months 12 days (According to Whois created on 20.02.2007).
    A search on archive.org shows that this was a forum for Turkish teens at least as late as last August too.

    Can you please clarify?

    Ya, at one point it was a Turkish site and then I find it's not interesting anymore so I made a switch using the same domain name. I should have get new domain name but it's too late since I get sudden boost up of PR after the switch due to promotion.
    This is also main reason why I am letting it go for such a great price and sell it at no traffic type of site even though it does receive some traffics.

    it seems that the site was previously a forum or something

    that means that the PR will not hold till the next update since all the backlinks are about the previous site

    I am interested though if you make clear the question of necc

    I want a guarantee also that it will stay PR 4

    I want to know what was the PR when the site was for the teens
