I have an account with BPI but I've never tried transacting Paypal with them because I don't have a Credit Card thus my Paypal account is currently in a stagnant state & I cannot withdraw my money from them yet, unless I provide them with a CC.
But I know someone who transacts Paypal through them & seems like there is no problem with the bank (BPI).

So, are you saying that this is the 8th time you've withdrawn money into your bank account? Did the past withdrawing transactions push through eventually? Or did you not receive your money from any of your past transactions as well?

Try metrobank. I have been able to withdraw from them 3 times already. After it say completed in paypal, you will get the money in your account after 48 hours.

Nope, I don't have an account with them. I only tried withdrawing via metrobank. Not sure about the charge, it's anywhere from 50 to 100 pesos only since I am withdrawing to my payroll account which always has an outstanding balance there.

I have been using Unionbank in all my withdrawals and for me it seems like they are doing fine. For my last few withdrawals, they have been consistent, and I got my money in 4 days!

i think both BDO and BPI will charge you P200 for every transaction (transfer) that you make from paypal to you bank account..but i haven't tried it though..i haven't verified my CC yet..hihi..
